Shipping & Returns

We’re based in Norfolk, England and predominantly ship to The United Kingdom. However, we can also ship to most of Europe and The United States by request. Pease send us a message via our contact us page for more information.

Returns

We accept customer returns for up to 60 days from the date of purchase, and all items must be returned to us unused.

For items that arrive damaged during transit, don’t worry – all of our items are insured and we’ll either replace your item or refund your money. Pease send us a message via our contact us page for more information.

For commissioned work, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. We will, however, send you high resolution images of your piece and ask you to ‘sign off’ our work before shipping.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
